Review by Isabel C.
Bunny’s book club is about a bunny that doesn’t know what her hobby is while all of her friends already have a hobby. The play is based on a book that I have not read, but the play is still great.
I thought it was cool how they showed the inside of Bunny’s burrow and outside of her burrow. I also liked how they made the characters look like animals, and how they acted when going outside for the first time. It was cool how they did the quick set changes.
They also acted out what they were reading and it looked really funny and cool. Like at one point they might do something that a character in the book they’re reading would do. Sometimes they would ask questions for the whole audience to answer.
Over all I loved the play, it was very fun and creative. You will be able to get autographs at the end of the show and it’s encouraged. I would say it’s for kids ages 8 and below. I hope you watch the play, it is being shown at Lifeline Theater.
